5.Working principle and Advertages
Working principle: The BDGZ series  is one kind of motorized material transfer cart for heavy duty transportation. The power source AC 380 of  is transformed into 36v by the transformer put on the ground, connecting with two rails respectively. Then the carbon brushes mounted on the wheels of take the power from the rails to current rectifier for rectifying into DC 36v. The DC 36v of  gets to DC motor to control the cart work. 
When the running distance for the  is longer than 70m, it is necessary to add transformer to increase the rail voltage for making up the voltage dropping.
 
Advantages: The BDGZ series  has advantages: The  can be used for high frequency and long time with high security and flexible features. Has no limitation about running distance, which can be used in occasions such as S-shape or Arc-shape rail and high temperature environments.
