The Mould Transport Wagon is mainly applied in machining workshop, manufacturing workshop, mold workshop to transfer machining parts, finished products, castings etc.
With functions of turning freely and steady traveling, it is the first choice in mold workshop. With advantages of steady traveling, 360 degree turning on site, it can used in narrow space to transfer molds. In order to improve working efficiency, the roller can be installed on the platform.


Structure ---Mould Transport Wagon
The Mould Transport Wagon is utilized to transport a Die or Mold from storage or maintenance to the press line. They are loaded and unloaded by overhead crane. These units are normally designed to have a deck height as low to the floor as possible and are equipped with all wheel steering. For loads up to 35 tons. Carts have two fixed and two swivel casters and are DC battery powered (optional AC powered). Electric Die Carts are designed to travel on smooth to semi-smooth level floors. Customization is available for specific applications. Both the type of cart and the deck configuration can be customized to suit specific requirements.

Mould Transport Wagon Packaging and Shipping
*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
*If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
