1.Introduction

PERFECT's heavy duty material transport cart are movable platforms used for the horizontal movement of materials, assemblies and other items. It is powered by storage battery, which is installed on the transfer carts. The transfer trolleys are manual guide vehicles equipped with specialized drive systems which make it possible to easily, precisely and safely move up to 200 tons. Usually the heavy duty material transport cart are used to accommodate the needs of a wide range of industries including Steel, Aluminum, Automotive, Heavy Manufacturing and others.These heavy duty material transport cart are designed to operate on floor mounted rails and are used to transport heavy materials across crane bays or in areas not serviced by an overhead crane.



2.Operating principle
This transfer cart get the power from the battery. The current is supplied to pulling motor through electric control system, which makes the car start, stop, move forward, turn around, change speed, etc. The transfer cart can run on curved rails and can use as ferry car. The battery powered transfer cart is suitable for all kinds of transport occasion since its travel distance is unlimited and low requirement to the track.

6.Operation and Component
There are a variety of drive and control systems for the heavy load material transport cart. Drive systems include gear reducer, axle drives and individual wheel drives. A typical unit is equipped with a hand held pendant control which is used by the operator to control the transfer car to move backward, forward along the track. With an average travel speed of 20m/min, an operator can walk along with the car to operate the unit. The pendant can be provided to be mounted on any of the 4 corners of the vehicle to allow the operator to walk along the leading end of the vehicle during operation. And our transfer cars are also available with semi-automatic and fully automatic control systems to meet the needs of specialized applications.

7. production process

CNC Cutting Transport the steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After the cutting, the workers will do some simple processing such as chip moving and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing
Welding Weld the steel plate with automatic welding machine after the preliminary assembling
Post weld treatment Test the welding section after the welding, polish and burring. Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress
Spray Primer Transport the structure part after processing to painting booth for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc rich epoxy antirust paint. The primer is to two layers
Assembling Assemble the structure parts after spraying primer with wheels, motors and gear box, etc.
Paint finish Transport the assembled cart to painting booth, inspect the integrity of primer. After that paint the finish
Debugging Debugging the cart after painting the finish with electric control system, after the debugging, the cart will test without load. And after the no load test, the cart will be tested with load. After the inspection, the cart will be transported to storage area.
