Handling Equipments are movable platforms used for the horizontal movement of materials, assemblies and other items. Originally designed for load transfer between overhead crane bays, they are now used to carry loads along assembly lines, carry an entire shift of production on and even as a stable movable machine base.
The equipment drive systems include gear reducer, axle drives and individual wheel drives. A typical unit is equipped with a hand held pendant control which is used by the operator to control the transfer car to move backward, forward along the track. With an average travel speed of 20m/min, an operator can walk along with the car to operate the unit. The pendant can be provided to be mounted on any of the 4 corners of the vehicle to allow the operator to walk along the leading end of the vehicle during operation. And our handling equipments are also available with semi-automatic and fully automatic control systems to meet the needs of specialized applications.

Application of Transfer Platform Trolley

Assembly Line: Due to advantage of without cable, it is mainly applied in assembly line, can realize the straight rail, S shape rail, U shape rail, C shape rail, Arc-shaped rail, 90 degree turn rail,  crossing rail etc.
Metallurgy Industry: With the functions of steady traveling, stepless speed regulation, the cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc.
Warehouse Transport: The cart is applied to transfer heavy material from one warehouse to another or from warehouse to factory (eg.transfer paper coils in paper mill, transfer large package ), it can travel in all kinds of rails. With automatically operate, it can greatly improve the working efficiency.
Ship Industry: Due to the large load capacity, the cart is applied in ship industry to transfer workpieces, maintenance tools(propeller, motor etc.).
The cart is also applied in dock or harbor to transfer cargoes and containers. If needed, the hydraulic lifting device , weighing device and automatic device can be added.
Workshop: The cart is mainly applied in machining workshop, manufacturing workshop, mold workshop to transfer machining parts, finished products, castings etc.

Production Process of Transfer Platform Trolley
CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After the cutting, the workers will do some simple processing such as chip moving and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing
Welding
Weld the steel plate with automatic welding machine after the preliminary assembling
Post weld treatment
Test the welding section after the welding, polish and burring. Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress
Spray Primer
Transport the structure part after processing to painting booth for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc rich epoxy antirust paint. The primer is to two layers
Assembling
Assemble the structure parts after spraying primer with wheels, motors and gear box, etc.
Paint finish
Transport the assembled cart to painting booth, inspect the integrity of primer. After that paint the finish
Debugging
Debugging the cart after painting the finish with electric control system, after the debugging, the cart will test without load. And after the no load test, the cart will be tested with load. After the inspection, the cart will be transported to storage area.

*For length is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.

*If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
