Product Description
1.Introduction of rail transfer carriage
The low-voltage rail transfer cart is powered by the rail, the 380V AC power supply is reduced by the transformer to a 36V safe AC voltage.
According to work requirements, the load is less than 50 T and connected to the two rails, the 36-volt AC is introduced into the vehicle electrical box through the wheels. The control system converts to DC, and controls the DC motor start, stop, advance, retreat, and adjustment speed of the vehicle.
If the load is more than 50 T, a power supply rail needs to be set up in the middle of the track, and the 36AC is divided into three tracks. The 36AC is introduced into the vehicle electrical box through the power take-off column, Upgraded to 380V by the on-board transformer to provide the AC motor. Install inverter to achieve AC motor speed control requirements.
Rail cars can be used in vertical, s-track, curved rails and high temperature applications.
They can be wired or wirelessly operated, also can be equipped with a PLC system for full automation.
