The Material Transfer Shuttle is movable platform used for the horizontal movement of materials, assemblies and other items. Originally designed for load transfer between overhead crane bays, It is now used to carry loads along assembly lines, carry an entire shift of production on and even as a stable movable machine base.

Working principle of Material Transfer Shuttle
The power source 380v-690v alternating-current supplied to the traction motor by cable, which is controlled by control system to make the car start, stop, move forward, move backward, etc. The operation voltage is 36V which is safe voltage. Cable is collected and released by coiling device mounted underneath the car. The Material Transfer Shuttle can realize full automatic operation by PLC system.
